Garstang’s first ever Teenage Market transformed Cherestanc Square into a vibrant hub of youth enterprise and creativity, as part of the 2025/26 UKSPF-supported programme across Wyre.

Place For Youth is proud to be partnering with Warwickshire County Council to roll out Teenage Markets across the county, building on the success of events in North Warwickshire.

The Teenage Market brought fresh energy and entrepreneurial spirit to Poulton’s Teanlowe Shopping Centre, with 22 young traders generating over £2,000 in sales in a single day.

In December 2025, Place For Youth delivered a vibrant weekend of youth-led Teenage Market activity across Wyre, with events run in both Cleveleys and Fleetwood.

Last weekend, Place for Youth marked a major milestone as the 500th Teenage Market event was delivered at The Cornhill Market in Lincoln on Small Business Saturday.

Place For Youth have partnered with Wyre Council to deliver four Teenage Markets in the region over the next few months.

We’re thrilled to announce that our Creating Kindness: Enterprise in Action programme in Accrington town centre has been awarded funding by Hyndburn Council.

15 young traders from across Lincolnshire showcased their creativity outside The Cornhill Market, achieving over £1,600 in collective sales.

Twelve young traders brought Stockport town centre to life with their amazing products, alongside an art zone and pop-up skatepark that proved a huge hit.

In March 2025, Earlestown came alive with the creative energy of young people at our Easter Teenage Market. The event brought together young traders from across St Helens.

With 47 young entrepreneurs, 9 performers, and over £5,000 in collective sales, the Margate Teenage Market showcased the incredible talent, confidence, and enterprise of young people across Thanet.
