Our Mission 🚀

Our organisation is rooted in the belief that young people are not the problem in our towns and cities, but are the missing partners.

Despite being one of the most entrepreneurial generations we’ve ever seen, they’re often excluded from shaping the world around them, lack access to affordable opportunities, and struggle to find places that reflect their creativity, ambition and potential.

We exist to change that — by giving young people an active role in shaping their towns and cities, and empowering them to turn the places they live, into places they love.

Our Approach 🤝

We work hand-in-hand with young people, local partners and communities to co-create meaningful activity in public spaces — from youth engagement programmes and markets to creative takeovers and performances.

We don’t just consult — we do: co-designing briefs with young people, handling logistics, safeguarding and delivery, turning ideas into visible, confidence-building experiences that unlock skills, pride and connections in the places they live.

Our work is grounded in partnership — bringing together councils, schools, charities, youth services and community groups to build platforms where young talent can thrive.

Our Impact 🌟

Our youth-led placemaking work has helped thousands of young people turn creativity into confidence, enterprise and community connection, while energising towns and cities across the UK.

Over the last decade, young people have collectively earned over £500,000, with thousands engaged in events that build real skills, confidence and belonging. Our programmes have been catalysts for new ventures — from markets that become community hubs to individual stories of young people opening their own shops.

Alongside the economic impact, young people regularly report increased confidence and wellbeing — finding our events to be safe, welcoming spaces to be themselves, through which they can build supportive networks and feel part of a creative community.
